Terms & Conditions

Our basic Terms and Conditions set the rules for using our services and products. We encourage all our clients to read through these carefully to ensure a clear understanding of the agreements in place when engaging with our services.

Terms of Business

By ordering from us, you agree to our terms and conditions. We'll only do the job based on your written instructions / order and approval. New Business payment is required when ordering. The ownership of goods stays with us until full payment is made.

 

Changes to orders may incur extra costs. You must notify us immediately if you need to cancel

an order. However, when you approve the artwork we send to you and production has commenced, we cannot cancel your order. Your becomes a personalized product made specifically for you, hence why we will not issue a refund.

Returns due to our mistakes are accepted; custom or used items cannot be returned. Mantex must be notified in accordance of our returns T&C's for us to find a resolution. Disputes are settled under local law. We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain offensive content or violate copyright.

Personalization and artwork

We will contact you for artwork approval before production begins. It is the customer's responsibility to respond promptly; any delays in response will cause further delays in us completing your order. Production will only commence once artwork has been officially approved by the customer.

You are responsible for the artwork's rights and quality. We can refuse artwork not meeting our standards or infringing rights.

Your artwork used may be adjusted for product application, this is necessary to ensure your item when embroidered or printed meets our quality standard. We will contact you if changes are needed, these may incur extra cost if artwork is needed to be redrawn.

Returns

You can return non-customised items within 7 days if they're in original condition with labels / tags attached where available. Refund will be processed within 15 working days. Customised or special items cannot be returned.

 

If items received are found to be faulty due to fault of our own, you must report the damaged goods within 3 days of receipt. Photos must be provided and when necessary items physically returned to us for review and repair if possible. We promise to offer a solution where possible after assessment of items. Any unauthorized third-party alterations void resolution. 

 

If no defects are found upon inspection of goods, or defects not caused by us we will inform you if your refund request is denied due to undamaged goods. You must either pick up the product or pay for redelivery.

Delivery

Delivery depends on stock availability. Delivery estimates range from 2-4 working days depending on how busy we are. Notify us quickly if there's an issue with your delivery. We're not responsible for damages or loss if you instruct the courier to leave items unattended.

We're not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
