High Resolution Images
We accept all file types, as long as you provide us with the highest resolution artwork possible.
All new designs require embroidery digitising to covert your image into an embroidery ready file. This is a one off cost necessary for embroidery.

Once embroidery digitising has been completed and ready for embroidery the artwork is sent back to you for approval before we proceed with production.
Vector files
For best print quality, we require images to be sent in vector format, files include: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG.
If you are unable to provide a vectorized image, we can redraw the artwork for you at a cost.
Raster images are composed of pixels, which can become blurry when enlarged beyond their original resolution.
Vector images are made of paths and shapes, allowing them to be scaled to any size without losing quality.
Fonts and Text
If your logo has custom fonts / typeface, please ensure like above they are in vector format and have been converted.
If you are unable to provide the correct format, we can redraw the artwork for you at a cost.
