How To Heat Press DTF Transfers
Want to achieve the best results with your DTF transfers? Follow these simple steps to get a perfect print every time. A heat press is required, set to medium pressure - high pressure depending on the garment fabric you are working with.
Step 1: Get Your Garment Ready
👕 Lay your fabric flat on the heat press.
🔥 Press it for 5 seconds to remove any moisture or wrinkles.
Step 2: Place Your Transfer
📌 Position the transfer on your garment.
✨ Make sure it's centered / aligned, measure twice press once!
Step 3: Heat Press the Transfer
⚙️ Set your heat press to:

Temperature: 130-160°C

Time: 8-15 seconds (depending on garment/print being applied)

Pressure: Medium to firm

Press when you are ready to apply.
Step 4: Peel the Film
🕒 Our transfers are hot peel, wait 1-2 seconds before peeling the transfer off.
🌟 Remove the film for a smooth, clean print!
Step 5: Final Press (Optional, But Recommended!)
🛡️ Place a piece of parchment paper / the transfer sheet over the design.
🔥 Press again for 3-5 seconds to lock in the colour and durability into the print and garment.
