Can I visit your premises?

Yes! We are open to public Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm. Feel free to come inside and speak to one of our team. We are happy to help and have samples on hand of garments and our work.

I can't find a product I am looking, do you offer more?

Yes! It is always recommended to contact us as our team will help to recommend you the best garments to suit your requirements all at a great price point.

What is the minimum order quantity for customized items?

We do not have a minimum order quantity, you can order as few or as many items as you require.

Can I order a sample / blank garment before placing an order?

Yes, samples can be requested from us and will be charged at the normal rate.

Providing we receive the garment back in original packaging and tags attached we can refund you the original amount.

How long will my embroidery / print order take and what is your lead time?

We aim to deliver your orders within an estimated timeframe of 2-4 working days

During busier periods deliveries may take longer than usual, if your order is urgent it is best to contact our team who will work with you to ensure a delivery date is met.

What format should I send my artwork?

We accept most file types for embroidery and print work. It is best to send us the most high resolution picture possible to ensure no delays and costs associated with redrawing artwork.

What are Setup Charges and why are they a one-time fee?

Setup charges involve us setting up your design to be an embroidery ready file by digitizing your image.

It is a one off fee that will not be charged again on any repeat orders.

Will you send me proof of my design before production starts?

Yes, we always want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your design before we start production.

Our team will ensure that your design when embroidered or printed will look great, we may have to alter your artwork to ensure it meets our standards to ensure quality embroidery or print.

What size embroidery / print can you do?

Embroidery Logo: 270mm width and approx. 250mm height.
Embroidered Lettering: 5mm height
Print: 300mm x 300mm
Cap logo: 45-60mm height.

This is dependent on the logo, position it is being applied to and the garment. Our team will recommend the best size for your logo.

Can I return my items?

Plain garments can be returned to us, providing they are returned in original condition including any packaging and tags. On return of goods we can process a refund payment.

Garments that have been embroidered or printed are classed as customised items and we cannot accept return of these goods. If you find your item to be faulty you must notify us by sending us pictures or returning the items to us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Our customer support team will assist you in finding a resolution quickly.

DTF Heat Press Instructions

What equipment do I need?

- Heat press machine,
- Dtf transfers to be printed
- Garment (cotton/polyester)
- Teflon sheet/parchment paper (optional)

Heat Press Settings

- Set Heat press to 135 - 165°C

- Pressure: Medium to high pressure

- Time: 8-15 seconds

Prepare the Garment

- Place the garment on the heat press platen

- Pre-press for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles

Position the DTF Transfer

- Place the DTF Transfer face-up on the garment (printed side facing up).
- Ensure proper alignment before pressing

Heat Press the Transfer

- Lower the heat press and apply firm pressure

- Press at 135 - 165°C (depending on fabric type) for 10-15 seconds

Hot Peel the Transfer Film

- Our Transfers are hot peel, no need to wait!

- Once you take the heat press off, the transfer is ready to peel

Final Press (Optional but Recommended)

- Cover the design with a teflon sheet or parchment paper, once the transfer film is peeled off.

- Press again for 3-5 seconds allowing the ink to set into the garment, this provides the best durability.
