Machine embroidery services are a perfect solution and result that looks great on a wide range of garments.
How do we take your logo and embroider it onto a garment?
Once we have received your design, we set your design up in our embroidery software and digitise the image so it can be used by our embroidery machines.
A machine operator will program the machine with your design to complete the machine embroidery services. The garment is framed into a hoop to keep it secure when it is placed into the embroidery machine and is being stitched.
We only use the best threads available to us, ensuring your logo when stitched looks vibrant and rich.
Here at Mantex, with over 30 years of experience in the business, trust us to deliver exceptional embroidery results that stand out.
At Mantex we invest in the latest technology for the constantly involving garment printing industry. The latest technology we use to deliver high quality prints on a range of garments is direct to film printing.
Direct to film printing is as durable and vibrant as a screen print, with the benefit of being low cost and no minimum order required.
How do we take your logo and print it onto a garment?
Your Design is digitally prepared to ensure we can achieve the best print possible, our DTF printer will then print your design onto a clear film using specialized inks and powder adhesive to complete the DTF print services.
Once printed and cured, the printed film is then ready for heat transfer. The garment is placed into a heat press where an operator will transfer your design onto the garment. The heat and pressure from this process will activate the adhesive bonding the ink to the garment.
After the heat press process, the transfer is peeled off leaving an amazing ink design perfectly adhered to the garment. This method allows for high quality, detailed designs with excellent color vibrancy, with no minimum quantity!
